The girl at the NRMA Greenhills office was lovely and extremely helpful, she advised me beautifully as to what I was entitled to claim. A phone call to claim a new windscreen was another matter. I want to use my local windscreen repair person and not deal with a large impersonal company with no true connection to my local area. My phone call was automatically directed through to this company at which time I hung up the call.
So, I am going to have to swerve the NRMA system and try to use my choice of service provider and maybe get this local business to make the claim on my behalf before repairing this for me! Great service from the girls in the local NRMA office! Really poor service when trying to claim using my insurance policy. If I pay my insurance then I should select my own repair person. Let's face it, I am paying for the insurance! NRMA are not giving it to me! It was a pleasure to talk things over with them. - Greg Allen Added November 17, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My car broke down after 5pm was on hold for over 30 minutes (overseas call centre)tow truck arrive after 8pm no service centres open at this time of night had my vehicle towed to my residence which in direct line from breakdown to service centre BUT NOW NRMA tells me I have to pay to have it towed to service centre. looking for a new roadside assist insurance
